Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are designed to outline the mutual responsibilities and expectations of the therapist and client during the therapeutic process.

• Scheduling: Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, and the client is responsible for arranging appointments.
   
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee of $25.
   
• Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to notify the therapist as soon as possible if they need to reschedule an appointment.

• Session Duration: Each session will last anywhere from 53 minutes to 3 hours (Based on the therapy activity chosen by the client), and clients are encouraged to arrive on time to make the most of the session.
   
• Office Hours: "Therapist office hours are varied from weekday evenings, 8 to 4 on Friday's and occasional weekend appointments.
   
• Emergency Contact: I am not available for emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact 988 or visit the nearest emergency room.
   
• Response Time: I will respond to emails or messages within 48 hours, but please note that I am not available outside of scheduled sessions.
   
• Therapeutic Goals: Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together to identify and pursue goals that are meaningful to you.
   
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to actively participate in the process, including attending sessions regularly, being honest, and working on assignments or strategies discussed in therapy.
   
• Therapist's Role: The therapist’s role is to provide professional support, feedback, and guidance, while maintaining a non-judgmental stance.
